* OVERALL HISTORY,
- On May 23, 1990, Archer and Melody Penbrook give birth to twins - Daniel and Vincent. Though spoiled as children, it's soon realized that Daniel can get along without his parents wealth perfectly fine, while Vincent, on the other hand, is quite the opposite. The boy has learned that money can indeed give you power, but only for so long.
- Growing up, Vincent learned that his parents had taken more of a liking to Daniel, for whatever reason, so in high school, Vince became a bit of a rebel. He did his work like a good little student, but on the weekends, he snuck out to go party and drink like any rebel teenager would do. Of course, his parents never found out (even though he was hoping that he would), so he was never punished for his wrong-doings. At age sixteen, his brother dropped out of high school to go pursue a career in modeling. Vincent stayed in school to finish getting his education.
- After graduating from high school at the age of eighteen, Vincent and couple of his friends took a trip to Europe for fun. While there, Vincent fell in love with a girl named Edith. After a month, his friends went back to America buy Vince stayed to be with Edith; he stayed for at least four months before finally deciding that he had enough of Europe and wanted to move back to America with his family. Edith stayed in Europe, but the two of them still stayed in contact with each other. About a month after he moved back to Los Angeles, he received a call from Edith telling him that she was pregnant with his child. Vincent wasn't ready to be a father, so he told her that she could keep the baby, but he wanted nothing to do with it. After that, he never heard from Edith again, but he does feel guilty for leaving her and his child.
- At nineteen, Vince decides that he wants to go to college and major in literature. While in college, he makes a new set of friends and soon falls into the wrong crowd. Almost every night was filled with partying, drinking, and women. All of this caused his grades to fall, and even though he tried to get them up, he still wasn't able to pass. His parents told him that he should just drop out and get a job somewhere, but Vince was never the one to give up so easily, so he stayed in college a little while longer. It didn't help much, and his grades were still poor, so he decided to drop out of college and become a bartender. Bartending school was a hell of a lot more easier than going to college.
- Vincent gets his own apartment in town, find a cat at the bar that he works at and decides to keep it. The cat's name is Max, and they both hate each others guts, but they also put up with each other since Vince supplies the food and Max is good company. Vince still doesn't know that his brother is back in town, but really, he could care less.

` ROLE-PLAY EXAMPLE,
He was tempted to yawn, but that would be pretty rude, huh? He knew this conversation was going nowhere, and Cece probably thought the same - too bad he couldn't read minds. On second thought, he wouldn't want to read Cece's mind. It was probably full of hate for him, or full of way too many dirty thoughts for him to handle. Guys were supposed to handle dirty things well, right? Well, some things did have a limit, or at least for him. Some guys had to be different, though. Actually, that fact was already proven, and Mitri was the proof. He had to be the guy with the dirtiest mind out of the whole pack, and the girl? Definitely Claire. I guess that's why they're such a good couple. Who knew what the two of them did when they were alone together... Nate shuddered and pushed that thought away from his mind. He didn't even want to think about his little sister that way - it was disturbing. Cece shifted a bit under him, but he didn't think too much of it. She wasn't trying to get up and leave him, so he wasn't really going to worry about it. She was probably uncomfortable and was trying to move into a more comfortable position, though it was probably difficult with him in her lap. He would try to get move some so she could move, but he wasn't going to try that again. He didn't want her freaking out on him again because it kind of freaked him out. It was like her animosity toward him had faded and she was looking out for his well-being, but it was probably the opposite. His father had put him under her care, and if she screwed it up, he was probably going to rip her face off or something. His father wasn't the nicest guy in the world, but he was pretty caring. I guess you had to be caring if you were a doctor. Anyway, he wasn't too tolerant of anyone messing with his son, especially if he was injured and pretty much unable to do anything on his own (Nate was definitely able to do stuff on his own, but his father preferred that he didn't). Richard was such a hardass.
"I guess it was a pretty big game... But yeah, he was there." There wasn't much to talk about when talking about the game that ended his football career. Was it a big game? Kind of, but not really. Well, he didn't think it was. It was just a football to him now. Cece wasn't a football kind of person, and Nate really didn't want to talk about his "football career" anymore, so when were they going to change the subject? Probably after the game was over since they probably had nothing better to talk about. Nate surely had no ideas, and if Cece had ideas, she probably wasn't going to share them. It was too bad that his dad made the rugby games a requirement, and that everyone had to attend them. Nate loved rugby, but if he had a choice, he would much rather sit on the sidelines and watch. No one would think badly about him, hopefully; he was injured, and he didn't want to reinjure himself. But it was much too late now - maybe his dad wouldn't make rugby games a requirement anymore. But it was a good way to get everyone out of their houses once a year and have fun together, even though the pack wasn't really that spread apart to begin with. They were all close with one another and usually visited every now and then, except for Nate, of course. He was kind of the loner of the pack, which wasn't really expected of him since he was the alpha's son. But he wanted to do his own thing, and his father didn't object when he turned down the offers to hang out with him and the family on the weekends. Of course he always used the excuse that he had to work, but most of the time he didn't even have to work on the weekends. Why was he trying to ignore his family? Because he was the only seemingly normal one out of the bunch, and he felt like he couldn't deal with them sometimes. Claire was crazy, loud, and loved to pick on her big brother. His father was rude, arrogant, and also loved to pick on Nate. Now, his mother, she seemed perfectly normal enough, but she was a bit of a ditz and always asked him if he had found a girlfriend yet.
No, not yet, mom.
Maybe bringing up the past wasn't such a good idea. It wasn't much of a touchy subject for Nate because it really didn't bother him too much, but it was apparently a really touchy subject for Cece. She went quiet after he mentioned it, and he guessed that he had hurt her. Well, he knew something was going to happen sooner or later that was going to ruin the mood and mess everything up. They were being nice to each other for once, and he had to go and ruin it about bringing up the past. Way to go, Nate. Since he thought that she wasn't going to speak to her, he decided not to speak himself. When Cece was mad, there was really no point in trying to talk to her, though it had worked earlier when he had made initial contact. But now was probably different. He sighed. Today definitely wasn't his day. First, he reinjured his shoulder, and now he ruined the moment (if you could call it that) that he and Cece were having after being pissed at each other such a long time. Actually, a month wasn't that long of a time, but it sure as hell seemed like it. He would just wait it out. They had to have been there for a couple of hours now, which meant that the game should be over pretty soon. Unless the guys decided that it wasn't over and wanted to extend it. If they did that, the game would probably go on for another two hours. He could not be here for another two hours with a pissed off Cece. If she was pissed off enough, who knew what she would do to him. She'd probably permanently injure his shoulder, or just rip his arm off. But then again, she didn't seem that pissed. Surely she'd get over it sooner later. Until then, he wasn't going to say a word in case he said something that stirred her up. If she wanted to talk, she would start the conversation, right?
The silence was intolerable, but after a few minutes of it, Cece had decided to speak. He looked up at her, and she was looking down at him, smiling. Well, at least she was being civilized and not holding anything against him. He laughed at her comment just as she did, and he could sense the tension between the two of them. "Yeah, too bad." He said flatly, sighing. It was a good thing that the game was almost over, and he didn't really care what team won. Usually he did, but that's when he was playing. When he was just a bystander on the sidelines, he could care less about who won. Again, nothing was being said, but it was for the better. Cece definitely was touchier than usual today, but at least she wasn't completely ignoring him. Well, since he was in her lap and they were talking to each other, even though Cece probably didn't want to have anything to do with him at the moment, he might as well try to get some things off his chest, and this time he didn't care if she was listening or not. It was her choice to listen to what he was going to say, and if she ignored him, so be it - it would just make him feel better to say some things out loud, and it didn't matter who was listening. She probably wasn't going to be too happy about it, though, or she could be happy about it. Hell, he didn't know. "I only rejected you because I thought you were using me." There, that part was done, and it was probably the hardest to get out - the beginning of a hard (or not so hard) conversation. "I mean... I asked you out plenty of times before and you rejected me every time. I thought you didn't like me..." For an ex-jock, his reasoning skills were pretty up there. He sighed, shifting uncomfortably. Even though she probably wasn't listening to him, it was still a bit hard to let these things out in the open, but he did think it would be much easier than this. "But my feelings for you still haven't changed, you know. I still like you..."
